Right 4 U - Adults supports autistic adults to engage in their community. Inclusion means different things to different people; therefore, the individual will take the lead in identifying what they want to achieve from the service, and collectively we can work together to achieve identified goals. Skills Connect provides person-centred support to empower individuals with disability, autism or brain injury. The programme aims to overcome barriers to employment through skills-based training, attainment of accredited vocational qualifications, and the development of meaningful career pathways. Read more
The program centres around core themes of personal development, good relations, and citizenship, all of which are key aspects of social development important for creating an inclusive and progressive society. Participants will have the opportunity to become Peace Apprentices and join The Youthscape Youth Forum, which are key mechanisms in empowering them to improve their life circumstances and become influencers in their communities.
